San Diego Yoga Festival (SDYF) is an epic 4-day yoga festival offering non-stop yoga, meditation and holistic health classes (every hour on the hour until sunset) right on the beach in Imperial Beach! Classes will be held from Friday, March 9 to to Monday, March 12, 2018: the main festival is on Saturday and Sunday which will have thousands of people experiencing all types of yoga and holistic health classes. We will have Pre-Conferences held on Friday and Post-Conferences held on Monday led by master teachers--one of which being the one of the world's oldest teachers at 93 years old!
At 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 11th, we will have a closing ceremony where we use sound healing to bring peace. We will AUM (the vibration of unity) 108 times as the sunsets looking at Mexico, shifting collective conscious and bringing world peace.
