We will have a couple of hands-on activities, possibly including making play dough (for kids to begin to think in 3D and mold easy objects); 3D pen creations; fused bead projects, other ideas in the works. Booth visitors will learn about Clicbitz's UCSD Extended Studies college-credit approved courses for middle- and high-school students. Our curriculum: 3d printing, coding, maze game design, fashion design, sewing, sustainability, upcycling, alternative plastics, and more.

Izobrulo Polylight Art

**HeartHug** is a celebration of the embrace, it is a visualisation of a hug between two or more people, broadcasted for all to see. When two or more spectators hug beneath the sculpture, the heart lights up with a full spectre (rainbow). If one or more people stands without a hug, only half of HeartHug shines with just one random colour of spectre.

Music Notes STEM Concert

Started by a group of middle school teachers in Los Angeles, Music Notes specializes in creating educational hip hop songs and videos for all ages. They have traveled the country performing for over 100,000 students and their Youtube channel has gathered nearly 2,000,000 views. Music Notes will hit the stage at the San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering ready to perform some of their most popular STEM songs, which will be sure to have audience members singing and dancing along.

Learn how graphics are made, try your hand reading scripts, see being on camera comes together in a news story, weather report or breaking news. Magnolia Science Academy

Magnolia Science Academy is a California Distinguished School. MSA is a public, charter STEAM focused middle school serving San Diego since 2005. Our student ambassadors and teachers will be engaging guests through several hands-on, interactive science experiments/activities such as elephant toothpaste, biome diorama, chemical reaction experiments and molecule sticks. In addition to hands-on science activities, we will also provide our guests with cool, interactive art and math activities.

Patrick Henry High School

The Herpetology Hop- Audience will act as Herpetologist as they circulate through our interactive installation where they will identify a set of reptiles/amphibians indigenous to San Diego. Our installation will be composed of painted murals, not live animals.

Sally Ride Science @ UC San Diego

The Sally Ride Science Academy offers fascinating and fun STEAM workshops for students entering grades 3 through 12. Our online and in-person workshops let students investigate coding, acting, space science, marine biology and more, as they immerse themselves in hands-on projects. Top-notch STEAM instructors incorporate real-life stories of vibrant women conducting research in each field inspiring students and making STEAM careers more accessible.
