The Science of Gratitude

Tue, Mar 06 - 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Honey Yoga presents Dr. Arezou Ghane as she discusses the neurobiology of gratitude, and the scientifically-backed benefits of a gratitude practice.
No longer just hippy woo-woo talk, science is unlocking the power of gratitude and proving it can increase our well-being and happiness.
After the discussion join us in an all-levels yoga practice, to cultivate and embody gratitude. No prior yoga experience necessary. The yoga portion of the evening will end in a guided meditation and then you'll be super ready for cocktails and questions!
Please note: Discussion begins at 6pm. Wear comfy clothes. Please bring your yoga mat! The studio has a limited number to lend out. Drinks and chats will begin around 8pm.
If you're completely new to yoga and have a million questions about what it will be like, please check out the FAQ page on our website https://www.honeysandiego.com/faq/
