How many different species live in the rainforest? Millions! Grab your magnifying glass and explorer shoes and get ready to learn about some of the animals that make up the rainforest and what we can do to help these animals that are in danger of becoming extinct!

Discover how hot and cold science can be as you take a journey through the world of Fire & Ice! Experience crazy chemical reactions, explore the states of matter, and watch in amazement as we demonstrate the extraordinary and chilly properties of dry ice!

Qualcomm

Students will interact and learn about circuits and microcontrollers from our Qualcomm (R) Thinkabit Lab(TM) program, and see how they are used in other IOT and real world devices. We will showcase how these concepts are used in real world technology like the Mars rover.

Boz Institute Life Science Research and Teaching Institute

The individual or group activity “Evolution Quest: From Cell to Species” is a fun, multi-stage mental and physical exercise: participants create an animal cell using fun props; applying molecular biology concepts learned in real-time, they generate DNA, assemble amino-acids, and make a peptide; using a genetic sequence comparison, they finally decide which species the structure belongs to. Besides knowledge, the award includes a Boz lab souvenir delivered by lab’s lab (certified service dog).

USA BMX Foundation

Our booth activity will be the first lesson in our STEAM curriculum. In this lesson, students will build a bmx bike, and receive three NGSS STEM codes, and two math standards.

Olympian High School - Robotics Club

Elementary and middle school age children will get to play with robots made by high school students. They will be able to move the robots using a controller and they will be able to shoot at a target with a nerf gun robot.
