Fleet Science Center
At the "Fleet Science Zone," visitors age 6 and older are invited to test out their sharp-shooting skills with our popular Air-Zooka...knock over various objects with nothing but air! Visitors will also get a glimpse into our famous Tinkering Studio, where curious minds come to innovate!
Don't Try This at Home!
Stand back: We're doing science! Explore science that is too bold, too loud and too messy to do at home. Experience a thrilling performance filled with interactive and engaging demonstrations that showcase concepts of physics and chemistry!
MiraCosta College
In addition to having fun, students will learn chemical principles and explore how changing conditions can give different results to the consistency of bouncy balls.
Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute (SBP)
We plan to showcase an experiment of research that reflects our work at SBP, in a creative and educational way that appeals to children of all ages. We are determining the theme now. There will be science-based giveaways and raffle prizes for adults and children, plus we may give out little lab coats as we did last year. (They were a hit!) Our volunteers, scientists. grad students and staff will be there interacting with the children and parents.
San Diego Natural History Museum
DINOSAURS
In celebration of our traveling exhibition, ULTIMATE DINOSAUR, we will explore all things dinosaur. We'll play the dinosaur brain game, bone match and more!

Science Delivered
Science Delivered's booths are always interactive. For this year we are thinking a booth with some fun air pressure tricks would be great. There would be a few demo tricks and then two activities guests can participate in. One would be blowing up a large "wind bag" in one breath, the other trying to blow a ball into the mouth of a bottle (close to impossible). But we are flexible, if for any reason there are too many booths doing air pressure we have a bunch of other options.
The School for Entrepreneurship and Technology
Our booth gives attendees a chance to learn about robotics and drive robots. We have formerly exhibited under the name Coleman Tech.
San Diego County Office of Education/City of San Diego Department of Environmental Services
The Recycling Information has brochures, fliers, and signage relaying information on waste reduction techniques, such as composting and recycling. An interactive game, "Sponge Bob Basketball," is featured, teaching participants recycling rules for San Diego. Recycle-themed prizes are awarded to players, such as rulers made from boxes, and pencils made from newspaper. Information is also available on proper disposal of hazardous waste and construction and demolition debris.
