This experiment is presented by Alexis Xanders, a third year student at San Diego Mesa College studying neuroscience.
This presentation covers an explanation of proprioception and neuroplasticity in the brain and how a therapy using a mirror box can trick the brain into relieving phantom limb pain and strengthen weakened arms and legs after having a stroke.
