Boz Institute Open Lab

Wednesday, April 28, 2021 - 17:00 to 18:00

Have you ever seen a brain pulled out of a fly and dissected right in front of you? How does a fish look as an embryo versus as an adult? Come to the Boz Institute’s virtual open house to learn about our projects and programs, and see for yourself how we use worms, fish, and flies to study environmental pollutants’ effects on gene expression in humans.
This event will be 1 hour. The first half hour will be a tour of our lab and showcase of our projects, and the second half hour will be a Q&A session with some of our high school volunteers and alumni of our research immersion program. Come and ask them about what it's like to be involved in our research!
